Our aim is to help find a strong connection to nature using the sense of sound through guided meditation & mindful activities. 🙏🧘🎶🌿
With most of us now using technology more than ever, this can bring exposure to Positive Ions from electromagnetic capabilities they generate.
Being in Nature can help bring the balance of exposure to Negative Ions. This has proven to increase the flow of oxygen to the brain which then our bodies will reap the benefits from this both physically & mentally.
