Life costs more if you’re disabled and this has a detrimental impact on the health and wellbeing of disabled people.
We are helping to spread awareness of this to hopefully enforce change 🙏

We explored the woodland and connected to nature through mindful activities 🌲
A guided meditation and creating a 'journey stick' helps us to have a deeper appreciation for the natural world 🫶

17 of us climbed the Welsh 3 Peaks to raise money for 'Tidy Butt' counselling services. They offer a set of 4 free counselling sessions to those that reach out for help and get seen within a 2 week timeframe in their HQ located in Sebastapol, Pontypool.

Supersibs workshop at Ty Hafan Hospice
We took a mindful walk around the grounds of the hospice and used @plantwave which measures biological changes within plants, graphs them as a wave and translates the wave into pitch.
Then we visited our woodland walk area where we used instruments to make music and create a song, and rounded off the

We had a brilliant time doing our Music in Nature Workshop at All Saints C/W Primary School 🌿🎶👣🌳🙌
The response & engagement from the children was amazing and they definitely loved the opportunity to explore & create outside 🤩
At the end of the workshop they all made a pledge to nature which they then hung up on their indoor tree (see below)
We look forward to returning again soon 😁
